BEFORE:

  • Questionnaires on the 4 pillars to be completed by participants online, so you can tailor the Wellnest Retreats program to your objectives and participants' individual situations.

WHILE:

  • Exploration of the 4 Pillars in a variety of forms to integrate regular monitoring and awareness throughout the Wellnest journey. Step by step, participants are guided towards a deeper understanding of the four pillars, fostering progressive integration and ongoing awareness throughout the Wellnest journey.
  • The objectives of our courses :
    1. Passing on knowledge from extreme worlds (top-level sport) adapted to your everyday life
    2. Exchanging and sharing individual experiences to feed the collective
    3. Provide concrete, scientifically-validated tools for improving performance, well-being and health at work, both individually and collectively.

AFTER:

  • Access to the secure section of the Wellnest Retreats website for resources (toolbox) to anchor the practices and tools discovered during the course in daily life. Possibility of getting in touch with the Experts in order to go deeper into a particular pillar via an assessment / individualized follow-up over time (extra charge).
