Our community of Experts is made up of doctors, university doctors and experienced therapists.
They are at the centre of the Wellnest Retreats structure and are the primary representatives of the technical, practical and scientific content of our programmes and treatments.
As with our partners, we also share the same ethical values such as our commitment to the well-being of the individual, compassion, sharing and transmission of knowledge and personal experience.
Beyond their technical and academic qualifications, each of our Experts has "field" experience in training or coaching groups, in Switzerland or internationally, in French and/or English.
Finally, we have built our relationships with each Expert on the basis of cooptation and recommendation from our community, which allows us to have confidence and a much more serene working environment from the start!
Cycling competitively gave me the opportunity to discover mental preparation as a teenager.
During my years of study (engineer, master in marketing) I met tai chi and qi gong, which I continued to learn in parallel with the 8 years I spent in the company. Meditation quickly completed this field of exploration, and fascinated by these practices I have the chance to dedicate myself exclusively to it, since 2013, through individual coaching and meditation groups.
Passionate about sport since I was young, it has always been a source of inspiration and challenge. I have been a trainer and physical trainer for more than 20 years in Geneva, and I am also a manager in the Sport Quest gym, of which I am a co-founder.
These years spent accompanying sportsmen and women dreaming of the Olympic Quest, the 24 hours of Le Mans or simply of being able to be in good health have forged my knowledge.
This experience of more than two decades has given rise to an approach based on scientific data but also and above all human, progressive, diversified and adapted to the needs, desires and constraints of each individual.
I am passionate about wellness and health. Since I was very young I have been searching for optimal vitality and performance. I knew I didn't have the energy my body was supposed to give me to live each day the way I wanted to.
It was when I had the ambition to reach my dream of becoming an Olympic champion that I took action. I was confronted with the need to get into a much better state of fitness in order to cope with the extremely demanding physical and mental demands of the top level.
That's when I decided to study nutrition (in parallel with my sports career), to get closer to the health field, find answers to my questions and master the functioning of my body.
In 5 years I have transformed myself, developed my potential and become successful.
Then 5 years later, I became world champion and bronze medallist at the Rio Olympics in 2016...
Today I am constantly amazed at what optimal health really means. Nutrition is a science that gives us a lot in this sense. Today I have become an expert in this field and I help others to optimise their health, well-being and performance concerns.
I am a Sophrologist (Caycedian training) - Stress Management Consultant since 2004. I work internationally in French and English. I specialise in optimising energy, sleep, stress management and burn-out prevention. I use original individual and group practices that I have developed using sophrology techniques, with exercises inspired by Mindfulness Meditation and Cardiac Coherence.
Since 2008, I have been developing programmes for the prevention of sleep disorders in companies, "Sleep better, live better", which I have been able to carry out within several international organisations such as the European Patent Office.
I give conferences and trainings to large international groups such as ING, LVMH, ESA.... on topics related to sleep, quality of life at work and psycho-social risks such as burn-out.
I am a member of the team of speakers at the Institut National du Sommeil et de la Vigilance, the European Sleep Centre. She is a member of the French Society of Sleep Research and Medicine.
Sophrologist, graduate of the European Institute of Research in Sophrology and Psychotherapy, mental trainer specialising in sleep / stress / performance, Physical and Sports Education teacher, approved coach and trainer, lecturer, I began to collaborate in 1999 with the Sleep Centre of the Hôtel Dieu in Paris and then with Dr François Duforez at the European Sleep Centre in Paris
My career in high level sport has led me to accompany international athletes in mental preparation in collaboration with sports federations for World Championships or Olympic or Paralympic Games. My first approach to sleep was in the inevitable management of jet lag caused by travelling to the four corners of the world.
My experience then broadened to include company managers who are subject to the same constraints in their own performance. I naturally directed my curiosity and training towards understanding and managing behavioural issues related to sleep in general.
Whether it is thanks to the stimulating effect of a group, or by taking into account individual specificities, I am convinced of the relevance of an approach based on a global vision of the person in his or her personal context within a multidisciplinary team.

At the same time, I work with clients on personal issues and offer mental preparation programs for amateur and professional athletes.
"Physical activity for health" is a subject I'm passionate about.
After 15 years of intensive artistic gymnastics practice, I studied sport at university, then took various complementary courses, notably in Pilates and Yoga, to enrich my knowledge and make the link between sustainable health and movement.
It's been over 10 years since I became a personal trainer. I've learned to adapt to different profiles (from the sporty to the sedentary) and to provide the best tools to meet everyone's needs. I also regularly give sports lessons for companies and offer wellness breaks, combining physical activity with other practices to provide moments of reconnection with the body and a break from everyday life.
