Our methodology

This is our Scientific & Ethical Committee (SEC) who created all our programs for all the experiments we offer. It validates their development and follow-up.

This is the strength of Wellnest Retreats, with its scientifically proven, interconnected approach interconnected approach between each of the 4 pillars and the Potential Optimization Techniques - TOP©! Potential - TOP©!

A methodology built by highly experienced and recognised experts

Our CSE has created the basis of the Wellnest Retreats concept through "white papers" for each of the for each of the 4 pillars and the TOP©. The CSE team meets quarterly to discuss the development the development of our offerings, and remains closely involved in all our programme program validation procedures during pedagogical workshops, whether for the adaptation of new the adaptation of new experiences, the creation of follow-up programs, new tutorials tutorials, the toolbox, the participant performance dashboard, etc.

Methodology

We have set up a Scientific & Ethical Committee (SEC ) composed of 6 members, each with a solid scientific background and high-level experience: 3 doctors, 1 nutritionist teaching at university, 1 PhD in sports science and 1 doctor of pharmacy:

  • Chairman of the SSC: Dr François Duforez, Sports and Sleep Physician with the European Sleep Center and Hôtel Dieu de Paris,
  • Sleep pillar: Dr Geoffroy Solelhac, Head of Clinic at the Centre d'Investigation et de Research Center at Lausanne University Hospital,
  • Physical activity pillar: PhD Anis Aloulou and his academic publications,
  • Mindfulness meditation pillar: PhD Jean-Philippe Jacques and his interventions with Geneva-based Resource Mindfulness,
  • Potential Optimization Technique (TOP©) : Dr Édith Perreaut-Pierre, creator of the of the TOP© method in the French army for 30 years.

This Scientific & Ethical Committee underpins the design of our experiments, both in their theoretical component (teaching) and their practical component (workshops, exercises).

Our CSE is chaired by Dr Duforez, a sports and sleep physician trained at the Centre d'Études et de Recherches de Médecine Aérospatiale (CERMA), former Chief of Clinic at Paris Hospitals and Hospital Practitioner at the Centre du Sommeil et de la Vigilance de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Paris, where he regularly consults.
Dr. Duforez is also a graduate of INSEAD, and has led their "Management in Extreme Situations" club for several years.

For more than 20 years, he has led and participated in numerous biomedical research projects in the world of world of F1 (Alain Prost, Olivier Panis, Jenson Button, Rubens Barrichello, Eddie Irvine), Space, Sailing (Vendée Globe, Route du Rhum) as well as in the preparation Olympic Games (Beijing, London, Rio) or World Championships.

Initiator of "Health and Performance" programs for major international groups: Sanofi, Philips, Standard Life Healthcare, Unilever etc. He acts as a consultant to management committees on the transfer of experience between the worlds of sport and business, for Philips, EDF, Engie, Maaf, Renault, Auchan, Crédit Agricole, Deloitte, La Poste, Guerlain, L'Occitane en Provence, Terraillon, Naval Group...

François Duforez leads applied research programs for professional athletes AS Monaco, Fédération Française de Football (FFF), Fédération Française de Rugby (FFR) de Rugby (FFR), XV de France, ocean racing with Jean-Pierre Dick, Charlie Dalin, Charles Caudrelier Caudrelier, Association des Jockeys professionnels, etc.

Scientifically documented programmes

Each member of our CSE has published a white paper for each of our 4 pillars + TOP© (Techniques for Optimizing Potential). (Potential Optimization Techniques). These books describe our holistic, interconnected approach interconnected approach, highlighting the importance of each pillar, common misconceptions or mistakes, and the necessary interaction with the other pillars for a lasting balance. These white papers are the reference and basis for the work of our experts who lead the groups during our stays, seminars and conferences.

Finally, the Scientific & Ethical Committee meets 4 times a year to reassess our programmes programs and adapt them according to feedback from groups, experts and also state-of-the-art developments.

Prior to the experiments, we set up pedagogical engineering meetings to adapt the content and themes to our customers' needs, expectations and objectives. to the needs, expectations and objectives of our customers.

Rigorous preparation of our experiments

The Wellnest Retreats experience begins upstream, with an alignment with your corporate objectives objectives and an on-boarding questionnaire for participants in stays and stays and seminars. This preparation enables us to "map" the situation of your employees and the objectives to be achieved. The themes and the course of the conferences are co-constructed according to the expectations, needs and objectives of the company. Our experiences are therefore all quite different, as they are systematically adapted to the participants. participants, based on a common protocol defined in the white papers and your and based on your objectives.

Questionnaire

Valuable post-experiment follow-up

On an individual basis, we offer our participants the opportunity to obtain with one of our experts (program over several weeks). Collectively, for a group of employees, a questionnaire is used to establish a dashboard of the group's profile on the different axes. Based on the group map, it is then easy to can then be directed towards workshops to be worked on more specifically over time or during a future stay, seminar or conference.

Satisfaction questionnaire

Finally, at the end of our experiments, we give participants access to a veritable " toolbox" in the form of online access to a wealth of resources which they can use they can use throughout the following months.

These include additional tips to help you keep the benefits you've acquired for a long time to come: video tutorials video tutorials that extend the teachings received, diagrams of exercises to practice at home, podcasts to listen to, recipes to cook at home, references to recommended books, expert websites, free ebooks, etc.
