Formats

Workshops of 1.5 hours each.

Sessions with a choice of 8, 12 or 16 workshops.

1 pillar covered in each workshop: sleep, nutrition, physical activity, mental.

Provision of equipment for physical activity and mindfulness workshops.
Teaching methods

Onboarding of participants via a questionnaire sent out 2 to 3 weeks in advance to identify needs.

Introduction to each day with 15 minutes of grounding.

Each workshop has a maximum of 15 participants for better quality interactions.

Question and answer session.

Practical exercises in groups and individually, including outdoor activities depending on the weather.

Access to our post-event toolkit (free resources for further exploration: podcasts, exercises, bibliography, videos, fact sheets).
