Context

  • In a context of increasing turnover and declining engagement, a company wishes to tackle the issue of mental overload experienced by its employees.

Objective

  • Promote a more serene and sustainable work environment by addressing mental workload and burnout prevention.

Solution implemented

  • Design of a 3-month programme combining participatory workshops, digital tools and co-development:

    • Workshops on stress, emotional regulation, micro-breaks,
    • E-learning modules on sleep, energising habits,
    • Implementation of an AI chatbot for daily anchoring.

Impact

  • A better understanding of the mechanisms of mental overload, and the emergence of a more open and preventive internal culture. The project was praised by HR as a lever for cultural transformation.
